Jaclyn | In The Details
In the Details was born from Jaclyn’s love for the vibrant energy of large-scale, elevated events. While working as a banquet server in college, she became captivated by the design and execution of elite gatherings. To further immerse herself in the industry, she joined a premier venue in Denver as an event assistant, learning the essentials of successful event production.
Jaclyn then became the presentation coordinator for the Colorado Rapids, overseeing both internal and public events for thousands of attendees. Upon returning to California, she realized her dream of launching a planning business focused on intimate feeling, design-forward events.
Today, with over a decade of diverse experience, she brings passion and expertise to every celebration.
Pauline | Pauline Conway Photography
Pauline is a wedding photographer based in Oceanside who loves capturing meaningful stories as they naturally unfold. As a hybrid photographer, she works with both film and digital cameras, drawn to film for its nostalgic feel and the intention it brings to every moment.
Her style is candid and heartfelt, with a gentle guidance so couples feel comfortable and confident throughout the day. She pours her heart into every wedding, thoughtfully documenting each story with care. Every image is hand selected and edited thoughtfully, ensuring nothing is rushed or overlooked. Pauline’s goal is to deliver a beautiful, elevated experience for her couples.
When she’s not behind the camera, Pauline enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, hiking, rock climbing, and soaking in the beauty of California.
Kelly | Le Champagne Projects
Kelly is the creative force behind Le Champagne Projects, a San Diego–based floral studio specializing in elevated, foam-free designs.
The name Le Champagne Projects was born from Kelly’s belief that flowers belong in all of life’s moments worth celebrating, big or small, planned or spontaneous, any occasion that calls for champagne. Inspired by natural movement, thoughtful details, and the effortless beauty of Southern California, her designs are whimsical, airy, and organic, with a refined, romantic sensibility.
Passionate about her craft and committed to sustainability without compromising style, Kelly approaches each project with artistic vision, meticulous attention to detail, and clear, thoughtful communication. By sourcing the freshest blooms and curating intentional designs, she creates a luxurious floral experience that feels effortless, personal, and unforgettable.
Bianca | BTS by BEEE
Bianca is the heart behind BTS by BEEE, a wedding day content creator based in Los Angeles. With a warm, grounded presence and a passion for capturing real, meaningful moments, she documents weddings through a behind the scenes lens.
Her work is characterized by its candid, intimate style, shot primarily on her iPhone. Bianca launched her business after realizing how many special, fleeting moments go undocumented. She wants couples to be able to relive their day the very next day. Clients appreciate not only her speed (delivering raw content within 24 hours and polished reels soon after), but also her gentle energy, professionalism, and genuine care.
When she’s not capturing an event, she’s often dreaming up her next travel adventure or indulging in a sweet treat.
