Our detailed process ensures that every floral element is thoughtfully planned and executed to perfection. We understand that wedding florals are an essential part of your big day. We take great care in guiding you through the process from start to finish, ensuring your floral designs align beautifully with your vision and budget.
Here's what you can expect when working with us:
Step 1. Inquiry Form Submission
Your journey with us begins by filling out our Inquiry Form. This helps us gather important details about your wedding, such as your date, venue, color palette, floral must-haves, and any initial inspiration you’d like to share.
Step 2. Consultation Call
Once we receive your inquiry and confirm we are available for your date, we'll schedule a consultation call to discuss your vision, preferences, and budget. During this call, we'll also explore ways to align your dream florals with your budget to maximize impact and value.
Step 3. Proposal & Mood Board
Following our consultation, you'll receive a customized proposal containing 1-3 quotes. Each quote outlines different design possibilities, including your full wishlist and my expert recommendations on optimizing your budget. Additionally, you'll receive a mood board that includes:
A thoughtfully curated color palette
Design inspiration images
Suggested flower and inventory selections that best suit your designs and esthetic.
Step 4. Soft Hold on Your Date (Two Weeks)
Once you receive the proposal, I place a soft hold on your date for two weeks. During this time, I’m happy to revise the quote to ensure it aligns with your budget and vision. This allows you to review and make adjustments before committing.
Step 5. Booking Your Wedding Florals
To officially secure your wedding date and pricing, booking requires:
A 40% non-refundable retainer
A signed letter of agreement
Please note that quotes expire after two weeks, as I cannot hold your date beyond that period.
Step 6. Mood Board Review Call
After booking, we’ll schedule a detailed mood board review call to refine your floral vision. This ensures we’re aligned on every detail, from color choices to flower selections.
Step 7. Ongoing Support & Venue Walkthrough
Throughout the months leading up to your wedding, I remain available for any questions, revisions, or updates. During this time I'm happy to schedule a venue walkthrough to talk through your order in the space and make sure we haven't overlooked any areas that might need flowers.
Step 8. Digital Mock-Up (Two Months Out)
Two months before your wedding, I'll create a digital mock-up to give you a visual preview of how your ceremony setup or tablescape will look with the selected flowers. I find this is a great way to help our couples feel confident in the designs they've chosen and get you even more excited for your wedding day. Unlike an in person mock up these are free of charge as there is no actual product to purchase which allows us to show you your large scale designs. If you'd prefer to do an in person mock up we can do so 2-3 months before your wedding so that we can ensure the flowers we have proposed are in season. This would be at an additIonal cost.
Step 9. Finalization Call (1.5 Months Out)
Approximately six weeks before your wedding, we’ll have a final call to confirm all details, such as table counts, design adjustments, timeline, and final logistics.
Step 10. Final Payment & Order Lock-In (One Month Out)
One month before your wedding, the final payment is due. All changes must be finalized at this time to allow us to source and secure the flowers for your designs.
Step 11. Wedding Week Preparation
During the week leading up to your wedding, my team and I:
Clean rentals and prep mechanics for each of your designs
Pick up flowers from wholesalers and local farms
Process and prep all blooms
Begin designing your arrangements
Step 12. Wedding Day Execution
On the big day, we start early to:
Deliver your personals
Unload and set up all florals
Build on-site installations
Place and style centerpieces, rentals, and floral accents
Clean up and tuck ourselves away before your guest arrive so you're all set to walk down the aisle!

We will stay through the ceremony to repurpose arrangements for your reception, ensuring maximum use of your flowers. At the end of the night, we return to strike, clean up, and collect rentals.
