Elegant Summer Wedding Flowers in Classic White and Green at Alila Marea Resort

I was so excited to work with Marissa and Jake at Alila Marea Beach Resort. If you've been following me for a while you know one of my favorite things is flowers by the ocean, I mean is there a better backdrop?

Marissa and Jake choose to go with the timeless and classic color palette of white and green, which always complements ocean blue.

For their ceremony on the bluff we created a lush deconstructed arch filled with roses, delphinium, lisianthus, carnations, etc creating a perfect frame for them to say their vows. The arch was paired chair ties down the aisle and pillar candles to complete the look.

While the ceremony was classic in terms of style, they wanted a more modern look for their reception since Alila Maria's ball room has a more modern beach vibe. Marissa loved the idea of baby's breath so we made little baby's breath meadows around pillar candles to bring lots of romantic lighting to the space.

Everything came together so beautifully and I was so thank full for Justin Jay and Blue Tiger Films capturing the whole look.

We wanted to repurpose our arch from the ceremony to the reception and the way our venue was set up made it very difficult to transport.
