I'm in such good company on this list, but I think one thing that sets me apart is my commitment to sustainability.
The floral industry, and weddings in generally, can produce a lot of waste. In an effort to combat this and to reduce our carbon footprint we strive to make our wedding flowers as eco friendly as possible. How you might ask?
-By eliminating floral foam.
-Buying and using locally grown product (including flowers from my very own small cutting garden).
-Reusing our vessels and mechanics.
-Planting a tree for every arrangement sold.
-Using a flex fuel delivery vehicle.
-Composting all our green waste.
-Donating house compost to local flower farms.
-Creating Digital Mock ups for clients.
-Using reusable packing materials.
And so much more! I'm committed so sustainability without compromising style. Just see for yourself. Here are just a few of my favorite floral arrangements from the year filled with lots of locally grown flowers and all built foam free.
